I'd been looking for this for years, but my memory of it was so dim that my keyword searching was so vague it never got me anywhere. Faust nailed it after such a long time. I'm sure it was part of a feature length film which includes the bloke having strange experiences in Prague or maybe Paris. I sort of remember one scene when he is sitting outside a cafe and strange things happening . I watched the film maybe 15 or twenty years ago. the net says it was 1994, but it felt much older. Anyone know anymore? In work, so it's hard to check
